Houston, We Have Lift Off!
It was a beautiful day!
The people who showed up were meant to be the people who came.
It was amazing.
Spanning the entirety of our Salt Lake City residence (1996-current) friends and family showed up to demonstrate their support and stories.
We are grateful to say the least.
What’s with the Eagle?
Well, our Audubon Society friend, Erika, spotted an Eagle circling overhead during a public reading at the book launch. This just seems amazing to me!
The truth is, the community we have created together HELPS!
We are bound to one another. We lift each other up. We support one another. When we are connected and feel the lightness of our being, then this feeling gets released out into the world and suddenly…. The world becomes lighter.

So many stories. So many wonderful folks.
There is a man who participated in everything that I did named Chris Lemon. He taught “Laughter Yoga”. He taught “A Quality of Life Yoga” for cancer survivors. He taught kindness and joy wherever he went. As a gifted Social Worker, he continues to spread his talent as a lightworker
Pat flew in from Georgia and Maureen is retired and driving and flying all over the world.
I was so grateful to have them both here to help and support.
