Amy Conn is a veteran yoga teacher who loves to work with people of all ages; Yoga for Wellness is her specialty.

A little about Amy…

In April 2005, The Salt Lake Tribune featured Amy Conn on the front page of the Sport’s section, Running through Adversity: "Amy Conn will run the Salt Lake City Marathon four days before undergoing chemotherapy and one month following a lumpectomy."

In 2006, after a year of completing her own regiment of chemotherapy and radiation treatments, Amy began the program A Quality Life Community (QLC): Yoga for Survivors, Caregivers, Loved Ones; a free class for people who desired a healing program that would extend beyond the doctor’s appointments.

Reiki

I offer intuitive Reiki sessions both remotely as well as from my Reiki studio in my home.

Each session is 90 minutes and begins with a brief conversation about what's bringing you in. You'll rest comfortably on a massage table while I work with your energy system using gentle touch or near-body hand placements. I often receive impressions or intuitive guidance during sessions that I share with you afterward. Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, more grounded, and lighter than when they arrived.

I work with adults, pre-teens, and teens. Reiki is safe, non-invasive, and complements medical and psychological care rather than replacing it.

Coming Fall 2026 — Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certification

I am now forming a waitlist for a small Usui Reiki certification program. This training is for people who feel called to understand energy more deeply — for their own healing and for the people around them. It includes both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, plus a bonus introduction to Reiki with animals.

If this feels like something you've been waiting for, I'd love for you to be among the first to know when registration opens.

Revealing Grace Book

2nd edition released October 2025!

The secret of cancer is to not feed it, not give it any recognition beyond what is necessary, and not give it attention. Rather, love the working, healthy parts of the body. Love the parts that are nourishing and life giving. Self-acceptance begins with the self.

Salt Lake Arts Academy

In 2024, Amy retired after teaching 34 years as school teacher with an emphasis on PE and Special Ed.
