Before the party: A News Interview and Podcast

Hey friends,

Quick one today—if you're planning to come to my book launch this Saturday (October 18th, 1–6 pm), I want you to hear my story first.

Last week, Michael and I were featured on the Mary Nickles show (KUTV 2) AND our episode on the podcast Fabulosity went live.

What a great conversation they both were and I think both are worth your time:

KUTV 2 News with Mary Nickles (aired Thursday, October 9th) Michael and I talked about my cancer journey, his work with the Firefighter Cancer Support Network, and the book launch. Here's what I said that really captures the heart of it all:

"The bottom line is it is a community of people that kind of carry you through and hold you up, and then the relationship, no matter what the trauma is—for me it was cancer, but it could be anything—just being there for each other. That's a healing mechanism."

Watch the Interview

Church of Fabulosity Podcast (now live on Spotify) Michael and I spent two hours with Billy Lewis talking about celebration, resilience, and living fully. It's a fabulous conversation—literally! Listen here:

“The truth is that so much of cancer hasn’t changed but so much has at the same time. So there’s some old paradigms but met with new promises. LIke new treatments programs that exist. Community is still the constant and how you create that community and how you’re in the currency of the flow, how energy never dies. If you give out positive energy it’s going to be felt by other people. I think the book is designed to do that.”

Both of these give you a taste of what's coming in Revealing Grace and why this launch on Friday is going to be special.
