What is a Light Worker?
What does it mean to be a Lightworker?
The elevator definition might be,
“A lightworker is a person who serves other people and the planet. People from all walks of life could be lightworkers, from nurses to life coaches. Lightworkers are rumored to transform others and change their way of thinking. If you're sensitive and eager to help others, you might even be a lightworker.”
Becoming A Teacher Part 3

Winter Chill Special
You’re invited to a life-changing retreat where over a few days together we will absorb the outer landscapes of Southern Utah while exploring the inner landscapes of body, mind, and spirit.
We’ll practice yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation, as well as embodied writing practices and Natural Horsemanship.
Snowy Movements

Am I right or am I right or am I right?

When the Heart Recognizes Beauty
I often wonder …
When the required work calls for arduous care and attention to detail …
When the labor is dirty, challenging and onerous …
When the drudgery of monotony can feel exhausting and toilsome …
Hallows Eve (approaching)
Since ancient times, gathering the harvest has been vitally important. Harvesting events in the agricultural season is where whole communities would turn out to bring the harvest home. A harvest supper was held once the last of the harvest was brought back to the farm. For us, we appreciate the gathering of folks to break bread, share some soup and gather around a fire.
