You’re invited to a life-changing retreat where over a few days together we will absorb the outer landscapes of Southern Utah while exploring the inner landscapes of body, mind, and spirit.

We’ll practice yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation, as well as embodied writing practices and Natural Horsemanship.
